The Data Controller of the Website is Berbrand, as defined above. 2. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO TREATMENT
"Personal Data" means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical identity , physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social.

The computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The purpose of point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, the purpose in point c) concerns compliance with a legal obligation, the purpose referred to in point d) represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to the RGPD as it , once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which Berbrand is subject, the purpose in point e) is allowed only with your consent, which can be revoked at any time by contacting Berbrand.
Providing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to do so could make it impossible to meet your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which Berbrand is subject.

This Privacy Policy is effective from December 2019. Berbrand reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the RGPD.
